How to create the perfect leader? The JA-YE Alumni video

To simplify the elaboration of NICE INSIDE concepts and add value to the learning process, JA-YE Alumni were asked to produce a video-clip, synthesis of their vision of “leadership & aesthetics”. Only few tips, a short brief on the video-clip production, and the technical support of a team of young filmmakers..

What about aesthetics?

Our Nice Inside journey begins with a thought on aesthetics. From a wikipedia definition, it ”studies new ways of seeing and of perceiving the world.”

Immanuel Kant, the German philosopher, saw aesthetics as a unitary and self-sufficient type of human experience.

What about leadership?

A leader is anyone who influences a group toward obtaining a particular result. An entrepreneur is commonly thought as a leader. He’s not only an authority, but he shows a great ability to motivate people. Leadership is a very important skill to develop if you want to succeed in your future.
